One-off Bespoke Programme Design (£75)

  • Personal phone consultation and introduction(A 30min conversation with myself where we'll go through a health screening questionnaire and discuss what I believe will help you get the results you want)
  • Easy to follow bespoke exercise plan (You'll be invited to download and receive a training app which will include your workout in descriptive and video form)
  • Simple to use means of tracking and logging your progress (If you wish you'll be able to upload before and after pictures or simply record your results via metrics such as weight or circumference measurements)

  • Individualised nutritional guidance and calculated calorie allowance (I'll work out the number of calories you should be consuming and what form they should take.
  • Simple to use means of tracking and logging your progress (If you wish you'll be able to upload before and after pictures or simply record your results via metrics such as weight or circumference measurements)

Bespoke Online Personal training (£150 per month)

I offer a simple, tried and tested approach which I have seen work brilliantly with many of my dedicated clients.

  • Personal phone consultation and introduction(A 30min conversation with myself where we'll go through a health screening questionnaire and discuss what I believe will help you get the results you want)
  • Easy to follow bespoke exercise plan (You'll be invited to download and receive a training app which will include your workout/workouts in descriptive and video form)
  • Exercise programme reviews (The frequency of your reviews will depend on the consistency of your training, the type of programme you're on and what it is you're looking to achieve)
  • Individualised nutritional guidance and calculated calorie allowance (I'll work out the number of calories you should be consuming and what form they should take.
  • Nutritional intake reviews and adjustments (Alterations to your diet may be required depending on your progress)
  • Recipe and meal ideas (You'll not only have access to a number of incredibly healthy recipe and meal ideas but I'll also research and provide links to dishes and meals I know that taste great and work)
  • Simple to use means of tracking and logging your progress (If you wish you'll be able to upload before and after pictures or simply record your results via metrics such as weight or circumference measurements)
  • Continued support and guidance (You are given the means to get in contact so that if you run into any problems we can address them – you're definitely not just left to go it alone!)
