A bit about me...

I've been training and helping people improve their health and well-being for well over a decade and pride myself on having a wealth of experience which not only includes working as a personal trainer but also as a rehabilitation instructor in the NHS.

The most important lesson I've learnt over the years is to keep things as simple as possible as looking after yourself really doesn't have to be overly complicated, and I've applied this key principle to the packages and services that I offer.
